Rowan Perkin Baby Reflexology Courses offer parents and carers the opportunity to have a natural soothing therapy at their fingertips.

Courses can be for up to 8 people in a relaxed environment at a time to suit you. Rowan also works on a one to one basis.

Baby Reflexology is a lovely therapy for parents to use with their own children. It can be used with babies from 4 weeks to 2 years old.

Unlike baby massage, baby reflexology can be used any time anywhere, as Mum, Dad or carer can use the technique on babies feet at home or out and about - in the supermarket, on the bus or waiting at the school gates for big brother or sister; whenever baby needs soothing. Babies love the attention and parents are less stressed knowing that they have the key for calming baby literally at their finger tips.

Baby Reflexology can help with many issues such as:

Colic
Constipation
Calming (fractious, distressed, irritable and /or unsettled) babies
Positing / vomiting / reflux
Poor feeding
Allergies

The cost of the course is £60 which consists of three 1 hour sessions.
